I come from a long line of Polynesian culture keepers through the medium of music and dance. My ancestors voyaged on their double hulled canoes leading them to new horizons. By way of the stars & ancestral knowledge, we were able to adapt to new sand & soil making it home. The voyage of my grandparents "vaÊ»a" led me to the shores of the West Coast. With one foot rooted in the soil of my ancestors and the other wearing a retro Jordan, I am a creative native. No matter where my feet may land, I will adapt and always be a rooted Polynesian throwing up a DUB.

This line is where the Beach meets the Boulevard & Comfort meets Culture.

As a Polynesian living in LA/OC area I must acknowledge the Tongva peoples as the traditional land caretakers of Tovaangar (Los Angeles basin, So. Channel Islands).

As a proud UCLA alumni, I was able to work with indigenous artists, elders & communities on projects honoring and healing this land. Thank you Tongva nation for allowing me to grow, create and share my own culture on your land. I stand in solidarity with you always.
